- Additional fees will be charged if the property is left in an excessively dirty condition, guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition to avoid additional fees. A security deposit of $500 will be held and refunded if there is no major damage.

- Guest are expected to organize their recycling and trash (when possible place those items for curbside pickup on the designated days), when curbside pickup not possible guests are expected to dispose of their own trash, excess trash and or recycling may result in additional fees for collection and disposal.
- Guests are responsible for the condition of the property while they are in care and in control and will be charged for any damages caused either directly or indirectly through their actions or the actions of any guests they have allowed access to the property, the amount of the charge will be equivalent to the actual costs to repair the damage and any administration costs.
- Guests are responsible for the content of the house while in their care and control and will be charged for any items lost or stolen or accidentally removed from the premises (if not returned within 48 hours).
- Guests will be charged a fee for collection and shipping of any personal items left behind during their stay that they require to be shipped to them.
- A $50 late check-out fee will be charged . For early check in, enquire.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons.
- Absolutely no smoking is permitted whatsoever anywhere within the interior of the property, failure to comply with this regulation will result in a $250 minimum charge to your credit card upon discovery of the occurrence
- Guests are responsible for the condition of the property and the furnishings during their stay and any damage caused will be billed to your credit card upon discovery of the occurrence also any items damaged, destroyed or removed from the premises will also be charged to your credit card at an amount to be determined based on the individual occurrence.
- Guests are required and expected to uphold local laws and regulations and behave in a manner that does not cause harm to the reputation of Cherry Hollow Cottage. Guests engaging in unsuitable behaviour as defined herein may be evicted from the property without advance notice and the balance of the booking will be forfeited immediately and no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
- Receptions, events and large parties are restricted at Cherry Hollow Cottage as the property is not insured for them. Dinner parties or small gatherings within the maximum occupancy of 6 are allowed.
- Pets considered on case by case basis and may be subject to a cleaning fee.
