2012 Rates

High Season - May 17 - Sept 16

Minimum 2 -day stay
Weekend (2 days) - $450.00 CAD
Additional day on long weekend (stat holiday) - $225.00
Weekday - $200.00
Additional Fee per person/day in excess of 4 persons (Max. 6 persons) - $25.00
Weekly rate (discounted)  - up to 4 persons - $1000.00 / 5 persons - $1125.00 / 6 persons - $1250.00
*Use of Hot Tub - $20.00 per day to max of $100.00 per week.
- In high season, long weekends must be booked as 3 nights

Low Season: mid-Sept - mid-May
Minimum 2 Day stay
Weekend (2 days) - $350.00 CAD
Additional day on long weekend  (stat holiday) - $175.00
Additional weekday - $150.00
Additional Fee per person/day in excess of 4 persons (Max. 6 persons) - $20.00
Weekly rate (discounted) - up to 4 persons $800.00 / 5 persons - $900.00 / 6 persons - $1000.00

*Hot Tub closed in low-season.

Deposits:

25% is required upon booking, balance 5 days prior to arrival, if cash upon arrival.14 business day cancellation notice required to receive deposit minus cancellation fee of $50.00. Any cancellations under the 10 days forfeit the deposit but it can be credited for a future stay.
